As a Realtor®, I can help you with all things related to selling your home and buying a new one.
I can advise you on how to make your home the most appealing to the typical buyer and how to get the highest selling price possible. What sets this service apart is my professional help in going through each area where I will help you decide what needs to go, pack-up for your move and how to best stage your home. Additionally, I can aid you in finding a solution for anything from a pro stager, insurance company to a contractor.
Downsizing
Are you finally ready to make that move into a smaller home, off the family farm or into Senior’s property? I can help you go through all of your belongings and decide what you want/need to take to your new home. I will assist you with the items you no longer want or need by coordinating with family, friends, or a charity to have items picked up. I am a Realtor® too, so can help buy your new home and sell your present home. Just ask me!
Packing/ Unpacking for a Move
I can help you pack up your current home and then unpack in your new home. We can find the best spots for everything so you can have room to live your best life!
*at this time, I am unable to help you with the actually moving of your items, but may be able to help find someone that will.
Estate Assistance
Have you lost a loved one and need help going through their home? I can assist or take on the overwhelming task of sorting through all the loved ones items, prepping them for a sale, setting aside items that have been left to family or friends in the Will, prepping for a sale (that the family is able to run) and then wither packing up the remainder to go to charity or be discarded. I can arrange for a house cleaner, a person to clean up the yard or a carpenter to come do any odd jobs that will make the property look its best and sell for the most amount of money it can.
Life Transition
As we know life transitions can be a welcome change or one that is not planned for. Whether it is a new baby, a divorce or a co-mingling of two households, I can help!
Service Coordination
Sometimes just the thought of having to make calls and line up appointments can be overwhelming. I am able to act as a service coordinator to help you achieve the best results; from painters & carpenters, to cleaners and home stagers, we can help with it all. I know that having to rely on family and friends can be hard when we are used to being independent. Why not give me a call and I can see how I can best help you out so you are spending good quality time with your children when they come to visit and not arguing over why you still have not gotten rid of this or that!

Every home is unique and everyones needs are unique. I take the time to discuss what areas you need room to live with an in-home consultation, free of charge. Your detailed quote with an action plan will allow you to tangibly see how the job will get done! Depending on needs, additional staff may be utilized and connect you with appropriate services you need.
